Key Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room environment Proficiency in triage, rapid assessment, and critical care protocols Strong interpersonal and communication skills Current BLS and ACLS certifications Ability to excel in high-pressure situations and adapt quickly

Schedule/Hours:

Full-time contract assignment Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by department needs

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and initiate appropriate interventions Administer medications and treatments per established protocols Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record Educate patients and families regarding emergency procedures, care plans, and discharge instructions Adhere to infection control guidelines, facility policies, and state/national regulations
