Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse - Emergency Room for an exciting Travel or Local job in Ganado, AZ. Key Responsibilities Provide direct emergency nursing care to patients with acute and life-threatening conditions Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on severity Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments as ordered Assist with emergency procedures, resuscitations, and trauma care Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with emergency department protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions Maintain readiness and efficiency in a high-pressure emergency environment Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or compact state Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience required Experience in Critical Access or rural hospital settings preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in high-stress, fast-paced environments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to patient safety and high-quality emergency care For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
