Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week 5 x 8-hour shifts Weekend rotation required (approximately 2-3 weekend days per month) No call required
Job Requirements:
Active RN License in the State of Maine BLS Certification required Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required Must be able to independently perform OASIS visits/documentation
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients Complete patient assessments and develop care plans Perform OASIS documentation accurately Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care plans Maintain timely and accurate charting/documentation
Additional Information:
Mileage reimbursement: 70 cents per mile (paid monthly) Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Pay:
$2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per week
