RN- Homecare 1st and 3rd Shifts

Salary:

$30 - $40 / per hour Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric and/or adult medically fragile patient's in the home setting.

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as a RN in the state in which the RN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
