Job Description

Shift;1845-0715 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced House Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various healthcare settings, including critical care, long-term care, and emergency medicine. This role requires effective team management skills and the ability to work with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities and senior care needs. Duties Supervise daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Oversee patient care activities, including medication administration, patient assessments, and medical documentation. Manage staff schedules and provide guidance to nursing personnel in delivering quality care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for patients. Conduct regular training sessions on best practices in patient care, infection control, and HIPAA compliance. Ensure accurate medical records management and adherence to EMR/EHR systems. Participate in utilization review processes to optimize patient outcomes and resource allocation. Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or patients promptly and effectively. Requirements Must have current WA license, BLS and ACLS. Minimum of 4 years recent clinical experience; 1 year demonstrated nursing leadership experience preferred. #Indeed2026
