Pay Range:

$2250 - $2350 weekly gross Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes promptly Accurately document resident care, observations, and interventions Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and comfort Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff Maintain compliance with infection control standards and facility policies Participate in care planning, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives Required Documents to Submit Your Profile To begin the onboarding and profile submission process, please provide: Updated Resume RN License BLS Certification Driver's License COVID Vaccination Card (if applicable) Two Professional References Job Type Full-time Contract Benefits Referral Program Work Location In person
