13 weeks Position Overview Hiring an RN to provide care in an LTC/Rehab setting.

Responsibilities include:

Medication administration Resident assessments Care plan implementation Wound care support Admissions and discharges Monitoring changes in condition Documentation and charting Collaboration with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team Experience Preferred ✔ Long Term Care experience ✔ Skilled Nursing / Rehab experience ✔ Geriatric patient care ✔ Medication administration ✔ EMR documentation Work Environment Long Term Care /

Rehabilitation Facility Patient Population:
