Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Roll-Off Truck Driver to support our recycling and container operations. This role involves operating roll-off trucks and flatbeds to deliver, pick up, and transport dumpsters and materials throughout the Hudson Valley. The ideal candidate is reliable, experienced, and committed to safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities Safely operate roll-off trucks and flatbed trucks in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety policies Deliver, place, pick up, and transport dumpsters and containers at customer locations Load and unload containers using mechanical equipment and manual techniques as required Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels Maintain accurate route logs, delivery records, and safety documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and job details Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times Represent the company professionally while on customer properties Qualifications & Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A) Experience operating roll-off trucks, flatbeds, or similar equipment preferred Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting and securing loads, in various weather conditions Strong understanding of safe driving and material handling practices Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset

$27.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
