Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met Assist with meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Support kitchen staff in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and rotating stock to minimize waste Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold quality standards during busy hours Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings demonstrating strong knife skills and culinary knowledge Familiarity with menu planning, food handling, and food safety protocols within the food industry Experience with meal preparation for large groups or catering services is a plus Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environments while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of dietary requirements and accommodations enhances your ability to serve diverse guest needs Prior kitchen experience in restaurants or hospitality settings will support your success in this role Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
