- Roofing Construction Workers Looking for a career in the construction industry with room to grow? We're hiring motivated and dependable Roofing Construction Workers to join our team. Experience is a plus, but NOT required. Training is available.

Our work includes:

Slate Roofing Copper Work Membrane Roofing Metal Siding & Custom Metal Work And more Duties Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials for efficient workflow Handle heavy lifting of roofing materials such as shingles, metal panels, and insulation to ensure smooth progress Operate construction equipment safely and follow all safety protocols on-site Requirements Prior experience in construction or roofing is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and measuring tapes effectively Familiarity with power tools including drills, saws, and grinders is a plus Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or climbing ladders Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward task completion This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Pay:

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
