• no cold calling Company vehicle for business use Vehicle fuel card provided iPad, leads, branded apparel, and sales tools provided Paid training and ongoing coaching Opportunities for career advancement and leadership Full benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Key Responsibilities Meet with qualified homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments Build rapport, identify needs, and present custom roofing and remodeling solutions Generate at least $1M in revenue within your first 12 months Achieve required sales metrics: demo rate, close rate, average job size, and net sales Generate at least one self-sourced lead per week Accurately scope projects and maintain required profit margins Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the community Schedule & Flexibility Full-time role with a flexible work schedule Appointments scheduled a month in advance Reps submit availability monthly Minimum of 2 Saturday appointment slots per month required Qualifications 2+ years of professional sales experience required Roofing, home improvement, or construction experience is a plus Comfortable on ladders and rooftops Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use sales software High energy, drive, and commitment to excellence Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license About Kingdom Roofing Systems Established in 2011, Kingdom Roofing Systems is a locally operated, industry-leading roofing and exterior remodeling contractor based in Central Indiana.
