About Us Level One Roofing is a growing exterior construction company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters throughout Connecticut. We are focused on quality work, professionalism, and building long-term customer relationships. We are looking for motivated, competitive sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential. Position Overview This is a field-based, on-the-road sales position. You will generate leads, inspect roofs, meet homeowners, and close residential roofing projects. Responsibilities Generate leads through door knocking and referrals Conduct roof inspections Present estimates and close deals Assist with insurance claims when needed Meet adjusters on-site Maintain follow-ups and pipeline tracking Represent Level One Roofing professionally Compensation 10% Commission on Closed Jobs Bonus Tiers (Monthly Volume) $75,000+ → 11% $100,000+ → 12% $150,000+ → 13% Company Vehicle Provided Unlimited earning potential (Commission percentage increases apply to total closed revenue for that month.) Qualifications Sales experience preferred Strong communication skills Comfortable climbing ladders Valid driver's license Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Pay:

Up to $150,000.00 per year
