First Shift Inside Sales Representative Pennsylvania Steel Company Naugatuck, CT (Full Time, Permanent Opportunity) Pennsylvania Steel Company, located in Naugatuck, CT, is seeking a full-time, permanent Inside Sales Representative to join our Team. Pennsylvania Steel Company Inc is a leading distributor of steel and aluminum. We are a veteran and privately owned business with 52 years in the industry. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. We offer a generous salary and monthly bonus, plus benefits.

Position Objective:

To generate revenue for the company through soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding & interpreting customer requirements, providing information and developing customers.

Position Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer's requests for quotes and sales orders via phone, fax and email accurately and timely. Provide customers with all required information upon request. Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through outstanding customer service. Work with team members to provide support as required. Follow all aspects of the Company's quality system and assist with the development of the system as required. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and company values. Other duties as required. Immediately Experience and Skills:

Required Experience:

Familiarity with the metals industry and its products. (Exp. w/ Steel is a bonus) Strong computer skills. Strong mathematical skills. Good attention to detail. Strong customer service skills. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
