Replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items as needed. Ensure all room equipment and furniture are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues. Occasionally assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms. Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Provide courteous and professional service, addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and efficiently. Handle laundry services, including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels. Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure timely restocking.
