Responsibilities Operate laundry equipment efficiently to wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, uniforms, and patient clothing according to established procedures. Perform routine cleaning tasks across healthcare facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and waste disposal to maintain sanitation standards. Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, scrubbers, and disinfectant sprayers to ensure effective sanitation. Follow infection prevention and control procedures specific to healthcare settings to minimize cross-contamination and promote a safe environment for all. Requirements Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with janitorial or industrial cleaning is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards within hospitality settings. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks effectively. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and housekeeping management practices is advantageous. A positive attitude combined with excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
