Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment. Perform thorough cleaning of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other designated spaces. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain hygiene standards and prevent accidents. Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other essentials to ensure guest needs are met efficiently. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and team members. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies to uphold the integrity of the facility. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality service. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is advantageous.
