Room Attendant/ CLEANING

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and custodial services, with experience in hospitality or janitorial roles. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including floor care and general sanitation, to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, scrubbing, and specialized floor care techniques Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed to ensure guest satisfaction Handle waste disposal and ensure all areas are free of debris and clutter Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Follow established health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment Experience Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial roles is preferred Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is a plus Background in housecleaning management or supervisory roles can be advantageous Familiarity with various cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety procedures is beneficial This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting where attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are valued.
