As a Rubber Extrusion Operator on 2nd shift, you will produce and continuously monitor product to customer and internal specifications, maintain accurate production records, and keep the line running right. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Candidates must be: Self-motivated and driven A fast learner with a positive attitude Mechanically skilled with strong problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with experience in accurate data recording Experienced with proper use of gauges and tooling (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set up dies and downstream equipment Load materials Read prints and blueprints Read calipers accurately Produce and continuously monitor product per customer and internal specifications Maintain accurate recording of production data Package finished goods Keep work area clean and neat
