Competitive Flat-Rate Pay + Foreman Bonus Program Position Summary We are looking for an experienced, hands-on RV Shop Foreman to lead our flat-rate RV service department. This is a working foreman position responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, maintaining high productivity, ensuring exceptional quality, and leading a team of technicians in a fast-paced, flat-rate environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and supervise a team of RV technicians in a flat-rate environment Assign work orders, prioritize jobs, and ensure efficient workflow Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs before delivery Maintain high shop productivity and technician efficiency Diagnose complex RV issues (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, slide-outs, appliances, roofing, etc.) Work alongside technicians on difficult repairs as needed Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and dealership quality expectations Monitor and manage shop supplies, tools, and equipment Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized shop Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and customers Train and develop technicians on new products, procedures, and best practices Help achieve department profitability and efficiency goals Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of RV technician experience (strong preference for 8+ years) Previous leadership or foreman experience in a flat-rate shop required Strong diagnostic skills across all RV systems (chassis, coach, electrical, hydraulic, etc.) Excellent knowledge of RV manufacturers (Forest River, Keystone, Grand Design, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions RVIA or manufacturer certifications preferred What We Offer Competitive flat-rate pay with a strong Foreman bonus/spiff program Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Employee discounts on RVs, parts, and service Ongoing manufacturer training and certifications Opportunity to work with a growing, successful dealership group If you are a strong leader who takes pride in quality work and wants to run a productive, high-performing RV service shop, we want to talk to you.

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
