Sales Account Representative

At H&G Solutions Inc., we don't just provide service, we provide peace of mind. We need a Sales Account Representative for our rapidly growing Leafguard campaign. In this role, the Sales Account Representative will be the trusted voice for homeowners, guiding them through inquiries and coordinating seamless service that protects their most important investment. As a Sales Account Representative, you will have the honor of helping homeowners write a new chapter for their home, one free from gutter cleaning and water damage. The Sales Account Representative will introduce them to the story of Leafguard, guide them through the plot of consultation and installation, and ensure their story has a happy, secure ending. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Account Representative Respond to homeowner inquiries via digital channels, providing clear information about LeafGuard's gutter protection systems and installation process. Schedule consultations and service appointments through internal platforms, coordinating with field teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Maintain organized and accurate customer records in CRM systems, tracking service progress, interactions, and follow-ups for reporting and retention efforts. Address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving routine issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate LeafGuard teams. Share product knowledge with customers, including warranty details and maintenance tips, to support satisfaction and reduce future service requests. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline internal communication and improve the overall customer experience across LeafGuard's service lifecycle. Minimum Qualifications of the Sales Account Representative Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, ideally within home improvement, retail, or service-based industries. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain product features, service timelines, and warranty details. Highly organized and detail-focused, able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining precision in documentation and follow-ups.
