Job Description
Sales Assistant Position Objective:
To act in the best interest of the company by performing all duties required to support the sales department, manage customer relations, and maintain accurate records. The Sales Assistant will be an essential point of contact for sales personnel and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, organized documentation, and timely follow-through on customer requests.Job Description:
The Sales Assistant serves as the primary administrative contact for our outside sales force. Responsibilities include processing quote requests submitted by the sales team and assembling professional presentation materials, preparing and issuing signed quotations to initiate contract implementation, and maintaining an up-to-date price list, product programs, and literature. The role requires regular attendance at contract production meetings to coordinate expectations and deadlines. Additional duties involve assisting office administration with maintaining complete job folders, supporting billing and payables processes, tracking job costing, and helping coordinate company trade shows and events. The position requires strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks to support customer satisfaction and sales process efficiency.Job Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional image and manner, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask and problem-solve independently are essential. Prior experience supporting a sales team or in an administrative role within a production or contract environment is preferred.Benefits:
