Your job is simple:
do what you do best—close deals. We believe in speed and transparency when it comes to compensation. Installations are typically completed within 48 hours of sale , and commissions are usually paid within a week . The sales culture at USHS is second to none. We are a team of highly skilled professionals who focus on operating with excellence every day. We also run ongoing contests—featuring prizes like TVs, trips, and luxury watches—to fuel a competitive, high-performance environment. •Experience in sales is required•

Position Summary:
Customer Consultations :
Assess customer needs and recommend tailored HVAC, plumbing, and energy efficiency solutions.
Sales & Product Demonstrations :
Present products, provide pricing, provide financing options, and close sales to meet targets.
Relationship Building :
Foster long-term customer relationships and offer additional products or services as needed.
Collaboration :
Work with installation teams for smooth product delivery and installation.
Provide Follow-Up & Support :
Offer post-sale support, answer customer inquiries, and assist with any issues or concerns after installation.
Documentation :
Keep detailed records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Clearly highlighting product benefits.
Negotiation :
Finding mutually beneficial solutions.
Emotional Intelligence :
Building rapport and trust with customers.
Perseverance:

Compensation & Benefits:
