What You'll Do:

Provide growers with expert seed, fertilizer, and chemical recommendations Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business Collaborate with fellow agronomists to meet customer and company goals Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that lead to results Accurately forecast supply needs on both monthly and annual levels Stay current on agronomy trends, products, and precision technology Perform a wide range of agronomic duties with independence and professionalism

What We're Looking For:
