Job Description

We are looking for a full-time assistant to help in our sales department. Potential to become a sales with commission. We are a distributor of variety of cables located in Chino Hills, CA. Looking for detail oriented and self motivated person. No experience is required, we will train from the entry level. Job Responsibilities for
Sales Assistant:
Process sales orders received from the customers Resolve any sales order related issues Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence Answer telephone calls and assist customers Maintain customer database
Job Requirements:
Detail-oriented and highly organized Able to work well in a team Must be able to use a computer, internet, MS Office, Excel, etc.
