Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Assistant and Operations Assistant to join our vibrant team! In this multifaceted role, you will be the friendly face at the desk, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing daily office operations. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will ensure smooth business processes, support sales activities, and enhance overall office productivity. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer support skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record keeping Support office management by organizing files, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring documents are proofread and accurate Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments or meetings for team members Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing correspondence to ensure efficient office operations Support customer service efforts by responding promptly to inquiries, supporting client needs, and providing general administrative assistance Experience Prior office experience or administrative support experience preferred, including familiarity with clerical tasks and office management Proficiency in computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry tasks Personal assistant or customer support experience is advantageous for managing schedules and client interactions Join us to be part of a lively team where your organizational talent and customer service excellence will shine!
