Sales Associate

Sales Associate (Full Time or Part Time availability) A successful Sales Associate finds ease in customer engagement and demonstrates fluency in a sales forward environment. They help to carry the Wintergreen customer care legacy through high quality customer representative responsibilities of in store, email, and phone communications. Associates are adaptable while finding energy in problem solving and have high attention to detail. In person is required for this position. Based on work requirements, hybrid work may be possible. Responsibilities Welcoming and engaging with customers Greets customers, answers questions and shares product knowledge Sales agent for multiple channels including: Outreach via phone and email In-store active selling and customer service Pop-up event planning and staffing Customer service representative and educator of product line Accurately processes sales, returns and exchanges Outfit of gear rentals and appropriate product during winter dog sledding season Maintaining up to date knowledge including: Our internal order processing steps Current fabrics and accessory materials Product line features and values Garment inspection and pricing knowledge Maintaining Store improvements and appearance Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor and creating displays Restocking and assisting in the management of inventory Aid in cleanliness of retail department areas both interior and exterior Skills Team-work attitude Enthusiastic Ease in problem solving Ability to multitask in fast paced environment Professional demeanor Knowledge of outdoor activities Qualifications Confidence with various software systems Experience in customer service or sales related position required Knowledge of and a passion for the outdoors strongly preferred

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
