Sales Associate - Point Blank Sporting Goods & Gun Range Position Overview Point Blank Sporting Goods & Gun Range is seeking energetic, knowledgeable, and customer‑focused Sales Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about firearms, outdoor sports, and delivering exceptional customer service in a safe, professional environment. Sales Associates support daily retail operations, assist customers with product selection, and help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store and range. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on firearms, ammunition, accessories, and sporting goods. Guide customers through product features, safe handling practices, and purchase options. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Store Operations Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure merchandise is clean, organized, and properly labeled. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional retail and range environment. Safety & Compliance Uphold strict safety standards at all times, especially regarding firearm handling and range operations. Ensure compliance with ATF regulations, store policies, and all applicable laws. Report any safety concerns or unusual behavior immediately to management.
