Maintain store merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability. Utilize effective communication skills to upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales. Supervise junior staff members when needed, providing guidance on best practices in customer interaction and store operations. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries regarding products or services. Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math tasks to ensure accurate transactions. Basic qualifications Strong communication skills with a focus on customer interaction. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments. Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base effectively.
