PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening activities, and other security-related protocols appropriate to a healthcare location. Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, checking visitor authorizations, issuing temporary badges when required, and reporting unusual activity through proper channels. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support to site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around entrances, lobbies, restricted areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, policy concerns, and other security-related issues. Document daily activity, access-related events, and incident details in required reports, logs, and/or electronic systems while following site-specific policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
