We are seeking joyful sales associates with a passion for customer service and strong knowledge of JOY Macarons' brand and products. Positions are available at our Watters Creek location in Allen. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and be available to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma Engaging personality and high energy level Enthusiasm for customer service Strong verbal communication skills Detailed knowledge of all JOY Macarons products Strong sales ability Proactive problem solving and communication

Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming, positive environment in the store Stock / restock display cabinet and freezers Engage customers and "drive" each customer interaction Answer incoming phone calls Educate customers on ingredients, production methods, and flavors for all products Scoop ice cream and prepare shakes Track inventory of products and supplies and replenish as necessary Manage / reconcile cash drawer Assist with quality control for all products Ensure cleanliness of retail area and restroom and restock service items as necessary Company Information JOY Macarons is a specialty bakery focused on handcrafted French macarons, ice cream, and macaron ice cream sandwiches.
