The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of retail operations. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. Salary 350 per week fixed for showing up 6 days 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm every appointment you sell a car to will be 300 per car and walk in sale is 200 Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions including cashiering and cash handling. Assist in merchandising products effectively to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves and organizing inventory as needed. Supervise junior staff members when required, ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking. Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards throughout the shift. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and inventory calculations. Familiarity with phone etiquette for customer inquiries is beneficial. Experience with merchandising and stocking practices is a plus.
