About the Role Are you a motivated professional looking to launch a high-impact career in software sales? As a Sales Development Representative, you will act as a key driver of growth by identifying new business opportunities and demonstrating how advanced 3D engineering and design technology can solve complex industrial challenges. Responsibilities Expand our market presence by actively prospecting and engaging with potential B2B clients. Cultivate long-term value for existing accounts through strategic outreach and relationship management. Deliver compelling business development presentations across multiple channels, including phone, email, video conferencing, and digital networking. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities within our CRM to ensure seamless handoffs to the technical account team. Translate technical product features into clear, actionable business benefits for prospective customers. Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts to refine sales messaging and improve conversion rates. Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional sales or customer-facing role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasive storytelling. Proven ability to organize and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of leads. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general digital literacy. A strong desire to master new technologies and complex software solutions. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience working with CRM software to manage sales funnels. Familiarity with SaaS business models or technical engineering software like CAD. Exposure to additive manufacturing or 3D printing concepts. Demonstrated understanding of modern B2B sales and marketing methodologies.
