• Full-time Apex Senior Living is looking for a Sales Director who loves to hustle, build relationships, and become the go-to contact for referral sources, families, and professionals needing senior living placement.

This role is for someone who is passionate about outreach, networking, nurturing relationships, and establishing the community as the #1 senior living option within its niche and market.

The ideal candidate:

Enjoys connecting with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, case managers, and local referral sources Understands the importance of follow-up and persistence Knows how to build trust and close deals Can learn quickly and become fully efficient with CRM systems Can follow direction and execute without needing constant day-to-day guidance Is organized, self-motivated, and driven by results Understands that sales is relationship-building, consistency, and visibility This position is 100% trainable for the right person who is willing to learn and put in the work.
