Sales Director

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Director to join our team at our senior living community. As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving business development, ensuring brand awareness, and contributing to the success of our community.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the senior living community exceeds monthly deposit and move-in goals outlined in the yearly budget. Develop and implement effective business strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive community growth. Collaborate seamlessly with team members through strong verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Duties:
Schedule, organize, and conduct tours for prospective residents and their families. Achieve a minimum of one deposit per week, contributing to the goal of 4-5 move-ins per month. Conduct a minimum of 40 visits to the territory per month for effective business development. Make and/or exceed 200 voice-to-voice calls monthly to prospects or their family members. Respond promptly to website leads, walk-ins, phone inquiries, and mail-ins. Plan and execute engaging monthly events for prospects, families, and the medical field. Collaborate with the Executive Director and Regional Sales and Marketing Director to develop and implement quarterly marketing plans. Maintain an up-to-date lead generation marketing database. Handle administration paperwork efficiently.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in senior living. Sales experience is required. Passion for assisting seniors and contributing to their well-being. Strong multitasking abilities. Team player with excellent public relations skills. Positive, respectful, and professional approach in all interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing lead generation databases. Skilled in telephone presentations for scheduling tours and appointments.
Wage:
Wage is hourly plus Commission at $47,000 a year
Work Schedule:
Day shift Weekend availability
