Job Description

Are you looking for a great opportunity to learn the automotive business? CarShop is hiring a Sales & Finance Assistant--an entry-level role designed to give you hands-on experience across all aspects of the dealership. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation and grow your career, with clear paths into Sales or Finance. Saturdays are required Perfect stepping stone role to advance within the dealership
What You'll Do:
Coordinate with the Sales team to prioritize and manage daily vehicle deliveries Learn and support all steps of the vehicle sales process, including paperwork and documentation Walk customers through delivery paperwork and answer questions Explain available aftermarket products, including benefits and pricing Introduce customers to the Service Department Demonstrate vehicle features and ensure a smooth delivery experience

Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
