Sales Lead Job Description Ralph Mann & Sons, Inc. | Family-Owned Since 1916 Ralph Mann & Sons is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Lead to join our growing team in Ansonia. We are a fourth-generation family-owned plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and energy solutions company serving homeowners and businesses across Connecticut since 1916. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust with customers, solving problems, and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort systems. We are not a high-pressure sales company. We take a consultative, design-first approach and focus on long-term customer relationships.
