Please note:

this is not a seasonal position and one weekend shift availability is required.

Store hours:

10am- 8pm daily. We're looking for someone who: Brings warmth, positivity, and genuine aloha to every interaction Has strong communication skills and emotional intelligence Is open to feedback and values growth Thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team Is organized, solution-oriented and comfortable in a fun, often fast-paced environment Can multitask efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service Has a genuine love for fashion and styling customers

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example in providing warm, friendly, and efficient customer service Create a welcoming and positive environment for both customers and team members Offer personalized styling advice based on the customer's needs Work well alongside team members, contributing to a supportive work environment Follow up with customer requests and special situations Accurately process sales, returns, and store credits using the POS system Collaborate with store leadershipto help ensure smooth daily operations Provide guidance and support to team members Stay informed about merchandise and store events Support visual standards and merchandising Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Stand and move around the store for long periods (up to 8 hours) Carry multiple items on hangers Squat down to restock low drawers Stand on a ladder Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

It was a well-intentioned and innocent idea. It seemed that most boutiques on Maui back in 2006 were beyond reach for the thousands of women who live and work on the island. Mahina's co-founders thought a boutique that sold stylish clothing at more affordable prices may meet their needs.
