THE ROLE
Big Red Jelly is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive new revenue growth through both inbound lead management and outbound prospecting Grow and expand revenue from current client accounts Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4 in-house sales representatives Collaborate closely with our marketing and lead generation team to align strategy Develop and execute sales strategies to hit quarterly and annual targets Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM for pipeline visibility and reporting Represent Big Red Jelly at networking events, expos, and industry functions Build and maintain a personal book of business through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven track record in B2B high-ticket sales (required) Prior sales leadership or management experience preferred Background in marketing, branding, or digital services is a strong plus Proficient with HubSpot CRM or ability to quickly learn it Strong network and ability to generate your own qualified leads Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and closer Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven culture
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our sales team currently receives 100-200 inbound leads per month — and growing. As Sales Manager, you'll have a built-in pipeline to work from day one, while also developing your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual On-Target Earnings:
$150,000+ Component Details Base Salary $60,000 - $75,000 annually Variable Commission (Est.) $54,000 - $75,000+ annually Projects ≥ $10,000 15% commission Projects < $10,000 12% commission Grow (Recurring Clients) 5% recurring commission, no cap Commission Cap None — the sky is the limit
Performance Bonuses Commission Accelerator:
+2% to all commissions for the remainder of the calendar year upon hitting annual quota Hosting sign-up cash bonuses Maintenance sign-up cash bonuses
Sales Manager Team Performance Bonus:
based on year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter team growth Earnings Milestone Clubs $75K Club | $100K Club | $125K Club | $150K Club | and more Professional Development Networking group memberships covered Sandler Sales Training paid for Industry events, expos, and conferences covered
