WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a true door-to-door role. No desk. No cubicle.

You will:

Canvass residential neighborhoods daily Speak directly with homeowners face-to-face Generate appointments through in-person prospecting Conduct roof & exterior inspections Present solutions and close agreements Manage client relationships through project completion Represent the VRC brand professionally in the field Compete in weekly sales challenges If you like being outside, competing, and earning based on performance — this will feel natural.
