• Saturday from 10 a.m
• 7 p.m. and Sunday's from 12 p.m

The ideal Store Manager will possess the following qualities and qualifications:  Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales process accordingly  Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals  Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them  Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics, provide daily reporting of daily sales success and communicate sales data to superiors  Reach and exceed sales goals  Review sales by product and series numbers to determine best sellers  Hire, staff, and train new sales associates  Maintain cleanliness of retail store and all products  Track record of superior performance metrics  Excellent negotiation skills  Strong decision-making abilities  Exhilarate high energy and ability to motivate a team daily  Familiarity with excel, word, and basic processing systems  Oversee all daily functions of managing a retail location  Maintain an admirable reputation within the retail market  Work directly with directors and upper management on continuous improvement  Maintain an accurate inventory and participate in cycle counts  Be immediately active in consumer complaints and resolutions  Ability to merchandise and floor plan a retail showroom  Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field and/or 2+ years sales management/leadership sales experience (furniture experience preferred).
