Job Description
Track and analyze:
Appointments set and met Signed clients Under contract and closed transactions Conversion rates Volume and revenue pacing Ensure pipeline data accuracy of 95% or higher. Deliver weekly performance summaries and insights to leadership. Training Leadership Build and deliver structured internal training tracks (Agent 101, 102, and 103). Facilitate weekly sales meetings, daily huddles, and ongoing skills training. Maintain and improve scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and training materials. Run multiple weekly training sessions to reinforce strong sales habits and culture. Hiring Support, Onboarding & Offboarding Support leadership with sales-related interviewing and candidate evaluation. Lead structured onboarding for new team members to ensure early performance success. Conduct professional offboarding when performance standards are not met. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and sales enablement needs. Collaborate with Operations to ensure clean data, compliance alignment, and workflow efficiency. Support leadership in quarterly planning and growth initiatives. Success Indicators (Top 3 Metrics) Lead Program Health and Compliance Pipeline Accuracy at 95% or higher Conversion Benchmarks Met by Lead Source Required Skills & Experience 3+ years in a sales leadership or sales management role Experience managing performance across teams of 20+ sales professionals Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, lead generation, and sales dashboards Proven ability to improve conversion rates and accountability Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Licensed real estate experience strongly preferred but not required Preferred Attributes Confident, direct leadership style Comfortable giving feedback and holding standards Strong understanding of sales psychology and follow-up systems Systems-oriented and data-driven Thrives in fast-paced, performance-focused environments Tools You Will Use Follow Up Boss (CRM) Zillow Flex Dashboard Ylopo SISU ClickUp Slack Zoom Google Workspace Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Quarterly performance-based bonuses Leadership development opportunities Collaborative, high-performance work environment Schedule & Location Monday through Friday, full-time Occasional evenings or weekends for trainings or team support In-office role based in New Paltz, NY.
