This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and promote our products and services across diverse markets. As a key player in our growth journey, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, product demonstrations, and technical sales to drive revenue and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to our company's success. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting business clients across various industries Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close high-value deals efficiently Identify new market opportunities through analysis of industry trends and competitor activities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate outside sales efforts by planning visits, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities in the field Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using organizational skills Skills Proven expertise in negotiation, B2B sales, and account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong communication skills Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously Experience in outside sales environments with a focus on medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement and problem resolution Good starting salary plus commission, use of company vehicle during business hours, company cell phone, paid vacation, paid holidays.
