Job Description

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to work with sales leadership, product owners and financial analysts to manage sales data and analytics, aligning sales strategy, and evaluating the general health of the sales processes and customer relationship management processes. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and driving sales performance management through data-driven insights. Our analysts gain executive exposure, share ideas, promote change, and are focused on excellence.
Essential duties include the following:
Collaborates with Sales and Product leadership to develop and monitor sales goals. Oversees Sales commissions processes and maintain data integrity of sales pipelines and customer records across reporting platforms. Identifies new reporting opportunities, including financial health, product performance, customer segmentation, market analysis and forecasting, KPI tracking/alerting, etc. Presents and communicates data findings to business leaders to help the organization meet challenges and achieve goals. Provides recommendations on the use of information. Cross-trains and assists in shared responsibilities, such as routine sales & product reporting, general maintenance, and shared work queues. Performs all other duties as assigned. Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in quantitative analytics field such as Accounting, Business Analytics, Actuarial Sciences, Finance, Economics, Business or related field. Experience in accounting/business/financial analytics required. Knowledge of business best practices, processes, and laws. Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred. Organizational and planning skills. Multi-tasking skills. Ability to collect and analyze data. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize deadlines. Ability to communicate and interact effectively. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
