As a Sales Operations Manager - Retail Channel you act as the critical link between external customers, sales teams, and internal cross-functional partners—owning account performance while identifying opportunities to improve processes, margins, and service levels. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Own customer profitability, volume performance, and KPI delivery Lead forecasting, P&L analysis, and margin management with actionable insights Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service) to drive execution Manage pricing, trade spend, and accruals with accuracy and accountability Identify and implement process improvements Support new product launches, promotions, and private label opportunities Translate data into insights that drive customer and business decisions Serve as a key liaison for both internal teams and external customer relationships What Makes This Role Unique High visibility and influence across multiple departments Exposure to end-to-end business operations Strong development opportunity with growth potential Fast-paced environment where you can make a measurable impact quickly Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, or related field Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach Comfort working across systems (SAP, BI tools, CRM, etc.) Location Targeting candidates within commuting distance of Hatfield, PA Why Join Us This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the business end-to-end , influence outcomes, and grow into broader commercial or operational leadership roles.
