Job Description

Overview This position is responsible for a mix of duties, primarily business development
  • specifically in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba while also cultivating hot leads for all territories.
You will be responsible for the sales target in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba and assist the Sales Manager in overseeing Salesforce, helping to manage the team through timely reporting, ensuring the Sales Manager has the facts and data needed, and that procedure is followed to make the sales process as efficient as possible. Duties Outbound Meaningful Sales Interactions for New Business Development opportunities Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba to generate new business for the organization's products/services Be a channel for communication to senior management, and provide an effective monitor in the progress of the sales team Screening emails, taking phone calls, and drafting correspondences on the Sales Managers behalf Deliver results to the Sales in regard to Sales, KPI's, Opportunities, Quotes Prepare reports for the sales team and management including, but not limited to: Maintenance of existing Power BI analytic reports
  • Daily Sales, Product Group Analysis, Booked Orders by State, Booked/Invoiced Actuals vs. Forecast, New Business
  • by customer and product group, Open Orders and Quotes
  • pipeline reporting, Quote Conversion, Help the sales team to build Call Lists, any other data and reports as requested by the Sales Team or Management Enter quotes, opportunities and orders into Salesforce for the assigned territory Other duties as assigned Experience 1-3 Year of Sales Experience Preferred Knowledge of the agricultural industry Preferred Employs sales consulting methods as provided by Company through various training channels and application of; daily use of this methodology.
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; repetitive consultative sales approach. Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within team environment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software. Valid driver's license.
