About the Role & Team Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is a complex, dynamic, and growing business that requires deep analytical expertise, strong strategic thinking, and close cross-functional integration. The Sales Planning & Integration Manager role is responsible for independently planning, developing, and implementing advanced analytical insights, strategic recommendations, and integrated solutions related to consumer promotions, pricing structures, variable compensation plans, rewards and recognition programs, and sales performance strategies. This role serves as a trusted, consultative partner to senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Club Strategy, Operations, and Technology. The position plays a critical role in informing enterprise decision-making by translating complex data into clear insights and by leading analytical problem-solving related to pricing strategy, compensation design, and performance outcomes. The role also supports and influences Pay & Performance Governance forums by providing data-driven scenarios, financial implications, and strategic trade-off analyses to guide leadership decisions. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Sales Planning & Infrastructure. This is a Full-Time role. What You Will Do Independently develop and maintain advanced forecasting and analytical models that incorporate historical trends, business assumptions, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making related to pricing, promotions, compensation, and sales performance. Serve as a core analytical contributor to Pay & Performance Governance forums by preparing executive-ready analyses, recommendation options, and decision frameworks outlining financial impacts, risks, and trade-offs. Lead end-to-end analytical workstreams for complex cross-functional initiatives, including pricing strategy changes, compensation plan enhancements, and performance program design, ensuring strong integration across Finance, Sales, Technology, and Operations. Partner consultatively with stakeholders by explaining complex eligibility rules, system behaviors, and financial implications; validate business requests through rigorous data modeling and analysis. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying analytical gaps, data quality risks, and opportunities to enhance governance, reporting, and decision transparency. Required Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience in Sales Planning, Pricing Strategy, Compensation Analysis, or related analytical roles within Hospitality, Travel, Financial Services, or similarly complex industries Demonstrated ability to independently own complex analytical work with minimal direction Experience delivering consultative, data-backed insights that influence senior leadership decisions Advanced experience in data modeling, forecasting, and analytical storytelling Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen Advanced proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAP, or similar platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences Preferred Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Sales Planning, Pricing Strategy, Incentive Compensation, or Performance Management Experience supporting or influencing pricing, compensation, or performance governance decisions Experience working on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives Knowledge of vacation ownership, timeshare, or subscription-based business models Familiarity with the Disney brand, culture, and operating environment Education Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience An MBA or Master's Degree is preferred Additional Information Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. The hiring range for this position in Celebration, FL is $100,100.00 to $134,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
