Role Overview :

Disney is seeking a creative Digital Media Designer with strong experience in ecommerce and digital marketing design. The role focuses on creating engaging brand assets across web, email, social media, mobile app, and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Design creative assets for ecommerce, web, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads Create marketing emails from ideation through execution Develop engaging social media creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, copywriters, and cross-functional teams Support responsive and mobile-first ecommerce experiences Maintain strong visual storytelling, typography, layout, and branding standards

Required Skills :

Strong Graphic Design experience Ecommerce or retail marketing design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Experience with Figma Basic HTML knowledge Experience designing for digital marketing/performance marketing campaigns Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred :

Retail or ecommerce industry background Experience working in fast-paced marketing environments Familiarity with JIRA or project management tools
