This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required. Driver:

Assists residents and guests arriving and departing the Community. Parks and retrieves resident and visitor vehicles upon request. Delivers packages, flowers, prescriptions, etc., to residents Provides a customer service attitude to residents and guests at all times. Serves as back-up for the Concierge as necessary. Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs. Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.). Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance. Clean and wash vehicle. May perform housekeeping functions as directed. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or GED required Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
