We provide our team members with opportunities for professional growth as our business expands. We are now seeking a junior-level Sales & Product Coordinator to join our team full-time on-site. In this role, you will support product development and sales operations, while also providing high-quality customer service support to help drive our streetwear products' success.Key Responsibilities:
•Sales & Administrative Support:
Assist the sales team with order processing, preparing sales materials (presentations, catalogs), updating product information (SKUs, pricing, inventory) in internal systems, and coordinating sales reports. Ensure accurate documentation and support smooth order fulfillment processes. •Customer Service Support:
Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to address inquiries or issues. Provide timely updates and resolution for customer requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism. •Product Development Coordination:
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to production, including sample tracking and timeline management, to ensure on-time launches. Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to keep projects on schedule and aligned with product specifications. •Label & Packaging Development:
Coordinate development of labels, trims, and packaging components (e.g., care labels, hang tags, garment packaging) to meet brand standards and compliance requirements. Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure all labeling and packaging is on-brand and adheres to regulatory guidelines. •Cross-Functional Communication:
Serve as a liaison across departments, ensuring clear communication between product development, sales, customer service, and supply chain teams. Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional issues to maintain workflow efficiency. •Data & Documentation Management:
Maintain up-to-date and accurate product data in databases or PLM systems, including bills of materials and product specs. Keep well-organized records of development materials, approvals, and change logs. Generate routine reports or status updates to inform team decision-making.Required Qualifications:
•Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience (including internships) in the apparel/fashion industry . Exposure to streetwear or youth fashion trends is highly valued. •Industry Knowledge:
Basic understanding of apparel product development processes and terminology (e.g., tech packs, trims, fabrics, fit samples, care labels). Familiarity with production timelines and quality standards in clothing manufacturing. •Customer Focus:
Experience supporting customers or sales teams in a product-oriented business. Able to professionally engage with clients and follow through on order details or issue resolution. •Organizational Skills:
Excellent organization and time management abilities. Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. •Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills . Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and collaborating across departments.Preferred Skills & Attributes:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for tracking orders, inventory, and sales metrics). • Attention toDetail:
Keen eye for detail, especially when reviewing product specifications, labels, and documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance. •Adaptability:
A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Professionalism:
