Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end sales projects from concept through launch, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and manufacturing to align priorities and translate sales objectives into executable project plans.
Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular status updates and facilitating decision-making.
Coordinate production planning with manufacturing to ensure capacity, quality standards, and delivery timelines meet customer commitments.
Analyze sales forecasts and customer requirements to prioritize projects, optimize inventory levels, and minimize supply chain disruptions.
Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned, refining processes, and implementing best practices across sales and project management functions.
Prepare and present project performance reports, including KPIs related to revenue impact, time-to-market, and cost variance.
Support sales teams with tools, training, and collateral required to execute product launches and account initiatives.
Manage change requests and scope adjustments while maintaining alignment with business goals and contractual obligations.
QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; PMP or similar project management certification preferred.5+ years of project management experience with a strong track record in consumer products and product launches.
Demonstrated experience working closely with sales teams to translate customer needs into actionable project plans and commercial outcomes.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control in a consumer products environment.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and strong Excel skills for forecasting and reporting.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and driving data-informed decisions.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
